We understand things happen. While we do have a cancellation policy in place, if you must cancel your trip for unforeseen reasons, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Often there are other fishermen or guests who would be interested in picking up your rental. If we can re-book your rental unit, we will refund your deposit. So, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help each other, and maybe even another fisherman.
Push it forward policy - in certain circumstances, you may choose to use your booking as a credit toward a future reservation. Just send us an email to confirm this is an option for you. When you're ready to book your next trip, give us call to make your reservation.
